As a Hope Builder, your monthly gift provides vital support that goes directly into our programs. Here’s what your support could mean for a Hopestreet youth:
- $20 per month – Provides a meal and safe space for a youth in need.
- $50 per month – Funds supplies and resources for life skills workshops.
- $100 per month – Supports job ready and life skill sessions, helping young people take their next steps with confidence.
Hopestreet is a place where young people know they have someone that they can talk to, who will listen and will advocate for their needs. The genuine care, passion, and informed practice from their teams ensures Hopestreet is a place where young people can go no matter the circumstance”.

Before Hopestreet I didn't have many friends and I didn't go out much but since I joined I have found the place that I most feel at home and I found my best friends there and they have given me some amazing opportunities. Everyone at Hopestreet has different stories and different lives and different problems, but when we are all at Hopestreet it let's us get away from all of that kind of stuff and if you wanna talk about it the staff and volunteers are always open to talk and be supportive.

I (Volunteer) came to visit the program and never left. Hopestreet has such a sense of family and community that is hard to find. Everyone is equal, loved, and encouraged. We place huge value on kindness, belonging, and supporting one another to become who they truly are. This goes for the volunteers and youth. Being a volunteer has had a profound impact on me shaped a huge part of who I am today." - Sarah, age 27 |
I've been at youth for 5 years. I was at the local shops with my brother and saw the community centre open. We went inside and found out there was a youth program. We started to get to know some of the volunteers and kept coming back because it was fun and different. One of my favourite things is seeing all the volunteers interact with the kids and seeing positivity grow." - Joel, age 17
